The mammalian kidney expresses a proton-coupled peptide transporter that is responsible for the absorption of small peptides, as well as beta-lactam antibiotics and other peptide-like drugs, from the tubular filtrate.
This transporter, SLC15A2, belongs to the same gene family as SLC15A1 (MIM 600544), the proton-coupled peptide transporter found in the small intestine
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:2000-1:5000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
