Proteolytic cleavage leads to the activation of the receptor.
F2R is a G-protein coupled receptor family member.
High affinity receptor for activated thrombin coupled to G proteins that stimulate phosphoinositide hydrolysis.
May play a role in platelets activation and in vascular development.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
