Rab 20 (Ras-related protein Rab-20) is a 234aa protein that localizes to the golgi apparatus and belongs to the Rab subfamily of small GTPases.
Expressed in normal and cancerous pancreatic tissue, Rab 20 plays an important role in apical endocytosis and recycling and may be involved in the development of exocrine pancreatic adenocarcinomas.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
