Ras-related protein Rab-9A is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RAB9Agene.
Rab 9A is a 201aa protein that localizes to the cytoplasmic side of the cell membrane, as well as to the membrane of the Golgi apparatus and the ER, and is involved in the transport of proteins between endosomes and the trans Golgi network.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:2000-1:10000Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
