特徴
- The galectins are a family of beta-galactoside-binding proteins implicated in modulating cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions.
- LGALS3BP has been found elevated in the serum of patients with cancer and in those infected by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
- It appears to be implicated in immune response associated with natural killer (NK) and lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cell cytotoxicity.
- Using fluorescence in situ hybridization the full length 90K cDNA has been localized to chromosome 17q25.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:2000-1:5000Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
