特徴
- HACL1 (2-hydroxyacyl-CoA lyase 1) is also known as HPCL or 2-HPCL (2-hydroxyphytanoyl-CoA lyase) and is a 578aa protein.
- HACL1 is abundantly expressed in liver, and is also expressed in kidney, heart and skeletal muscle, where it is localized to peroxisomes.
- HACL1 functions in lipid metabolism as well as fatty acid metabolism and is able to form homotetramers.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
