CLCP1 (CUB, LCCL and coagulation factor V/VIII-homology domains protein 1), also known as DCBLD2 (discoidin, CUB and LCCL domain containing 2) or ESDN, is a 775aa single-pass type I membrane protein that contains one CUB domain, one LCCL domain and one F5/8 type C domain.
Expressed at high levels in heart, testis and skeletal muscle, CLCP1 is thought to regulate vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) proliferation and remodeling and may be involved in the transformation and metastasis of various cancers, such as metastatic lung cancer and gastric carcinoma.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:2000-1:10,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:300Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
