CDR2 (cerebellar degeneration-related protein 2), also referred to as Yo or CDR62, is a 545aa protein that is associated with the development of paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration (PCD).
PCD, an immune-mediated syndrome, belongs to a heterogeneous group of rare paraneoplastic neurologic disorders affecting the neurological system.
PCD is characterized by subacute cerebellar ataxia and occurs mainly in patients with ovarian, uterine, fallopian tube or breast cancer.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:2000-1:5000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
