SPATA6 (spermatogenesis associated 6), also known as SRF1, is a 488aa secreted protein that may be involved in spermatid maturation or sperm function.
SPATA6 is expressed during embryonic development and is localized in neural tube, somites and limb buds of mouse embryo.
Existing as two isoforms produced by alternative splicing events, the gene encoding SPATA6 maps to mouse chromosome 4 and human chromosome 1.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
