This protein plays an inhibitory role on IL13 signaling by binding to IL13RA1.
Involved in suppression of IL13-induced STAT6 phosphorylation, transcriptional activity and DNA-binding.
Recruits TRAF3 and DISC1 to the microtubules.
It can interacts with IL13RA1 and binds to microtubules, TRAF3 and DISC1.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:2000-1:10,000Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
