FOXR2 (Forkhead box protein R2), also known as FOXN6 (Forkhead box protein N6), is a 311aa nuclear protein that belongs to the FOX family and contains one fork-head DNA-binding domain.
Like other members of the FOX family, FOXR2 is not abundantly expressed in normal tissues but is found at very high levels in breast cancer and primary cancer cell lines and is thought to act as a transcription factor.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
