特徴
- The protein encoded by this gene is an exceedingly potent mediator of new blood vessel formation.
- It hydrolyzes cellular tRNAs resulting in decreased protein synthesis and is similar to pancreatic ribonuclease.
- Alternative splicing results in two transcript variants encoding the same protein.
- This gene and the gene that encodes ribonuclease, RNase A family, 4 share promoters and 5' exons.
- Each gene splices to a unique downstream exon that contains its complete coding region.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
