84-4091-41 Fibroblast Growth Factor 13 (FGF2, FHF2, FHF-2, FGF-13) 150ul 316035
特徴
- Microtubule-binding protein which directly binds tubulin and is involved in both polymerization and stabilization of microtubules.
- Through its action on microtubules, may participate to the refinement of axons by negatively regulating axonal and leading processes branching.
- Plays a crucial role in neuron polarization and migration in the cerebral cortex and the hippocampus.
- May regulate voltage-gated sodium channels transport and function.
- May also play a role in MAPK signaling.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
