Plays a role in protein sorting and trafficking between the trans-Golgi network (TGN) and endosomes.
Mediates the ARF-dependent recruitment of clathrin to the TGN and binds ubiquitinated proteins and membrane cargo molecules with a cytosolic acidic cluster-dileucine (AC-LL) motif.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
