Proteasome-associated deubiquitinase which releases ubiquitin from the proteasome targeted ubiquitinated proteins.
Ensures the regeneration of ubiquitin at the proteasome.
Is a reversibly associated subunit of the proteasome and a large fraction of proteasome-free protein exists within the cell.
Required for the degradation of the chemokine receptor CXCR4 which is critical for CXCL12-induced cell chemotaxis.
Serves also as a physiological inhibitor of endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD) under the non-stressed condition by inhibiting the degradation of unfolded endoplasmic reticulum proteins via interaction with ERN1.
Indispensable for synaptic development and function at neuromuscular junctions (NMJs).
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
