- Growth regulator.
- Inhibits the proliferation of a number of tumor cell lines.
- Stimulates proliferation of AIDS-KS cells.
- It regulates cytokine production, including IL-6, G-CSF and GM-CSF from endothelial cells.
- Uses both type I OSM receptor (heterodimers composed of LIPR and IL6ST) and type II OSM receptor (heterodimers composed of OSMR and IL6ST).
- Involved in the maturation of fetal hepatocytes, thereby promoting liver development and regeneration.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
