特徴
- Required for mitochondrial complex I assembly (PubMed:20816094, PubMed:24158852).
- Has a dehydrogenase activity on palmitoyl-CoA (C16:0) and stearoyl-CoA (C18:0).
- It is three times more active on palmitoyl-CoA than on stearoyl-CoA.
- However, it does not play a primary role in long-chain fatty acid oxidation in vivo (PubMed:20816094, PubMed:24158852).
- Has little activity on octanoyl-CoA (C8:0), butyryl-CoA (C4:0) or isovaleryl-CoA (5:0).
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:200-1000Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
