Proposed to enhance ubiquitin ligase activity of RING-type zinc finger-containing E3 ubiquitin-protein ligases.
In vitro enhances ubiquitin ligase activity of TRIM28 and stimulates p53/TP53 ubiquitination in presence of Ubl-conjugating enzyme UBE2H leading to p53/TP53 degradation.
Proposed to act through recruitment and/or stabilization of the Ubl-conjugating enzymes (E2) at the E3:substrate complex.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
