特徴
- Neuronal calcium sensor, regulator of G protein-coupled receptor phosphorylation in a calcium dependent manner.
- Directly regulates GRK1 (RHOK), but not GRK2 to GRK5.
- Can substitute for calmodulin (By similarity).
- Stimulates PI4KB kinase activity (By similarity).
- Involved in long-term synaptic plasticity through its interaction with PICK1 (By similarity).
- May also play a role in neuron differentiation through inhibition of the activity of N-type voltage-gated calcium channel .
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
