- The kinase activity is induced by various effectors including AR or MAP2K6/MAPKK6.
- Phosphorylates the DNA-binding domain of androgen receptor/AR and thereby inhibits AR-mediated transcription.
- Inhibits also ESR1-mediated transcription.
- May play a role in cytoskeleton regulation by interacting with IQGAP1.
- May protect cells from apoptosis through phosphorylation of BAD.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
