• GLUT3 an integral membrane facilitative glucose transporter.
• One of 13 members of the human equilibrative glucose transport protein family.
• Its surface expression is induced by insulin.
• It is restricted in humans to brain, testis (in the spermatozoa), and skeletal muscle, mostly in triads of slow-twitch fibers.
• Detected only in the brain of mouse and rat.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
