特徴

• MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.
• Amylin is a pancreatic islet peptide with a role in the maintenance of glucose homoeostasis.
• It ispredominantly found in the beta cells of the pancreas and to a lesser extent in the gastrointestinal tract and nervous system.
• This antibody may prove of value in studies to determine the level of staining for amylin in normal and diabetic pancreas and pancreatic carcinoma.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues).
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:25 to 1:50 for 30 min.
• Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min
• Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher.
• Positive Control: Pancreas.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• For long-term storage, store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
