MaxLight™405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Caspase 5/Ich-3/Ty/ICErel-III belongs to the ICE family of cysteine proteases.
Its expression is enhanced during the septic shock.
Over-expression of Caspase 5 can induce apoptosis.
It is processed through Granzyme-B.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 2.5-5ug/ml for 2hrs at RTOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control: Jurkat cells
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
For long-term storage, store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
