Human homolog of murine double minute-2 (MDM2) and p53 function in mutual regulation: activation of p53 results in expression of MDM2, which consequently inhibits the ability of wild type p53 to stimulate expression of target genes.
MDM2 is frequently overexpressed in the nuclei of soft tissue sarcomas, and to a much lesser extent in a wide variety of malignancies of bladder, breast, testes, cervix, glial cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
