特徴
- Raf1 is an important mediator of signal transduction pathway.
- It is activated through activation by Src and protein kinase C.
- It further phosphorylates Mek1 and cdc25.
- It can bind to GTPbound Ras through N-terminal domain.
- It also interacts with hsp90 and 14-3-3 family of proteins.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 5-10ug/ml for 2hrs at RT
- Immunoprecipitation: 10ug/mg protein lysate Denatured verified, Use Protein A.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Positive Control: MAD109 cells.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
