• Oct3/4 maintains developmental potency and governs distinct fates of embryonic stem cells.
• A moderate increase in expression causes differentiation into primitive endoderm and mesoderm.
• In contrast, repression of Oct3/4 induces loss of pluripotency and dedifferentiation to trophectoderm.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:250Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
