• Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.
• RFX-B is the gene responsible for the bare lymphocyte syndrome (BLS) which is characterized by a lack of MHC class II transcription.
• Subsequently, there is a lack of B and T cell responses to foreign antigens.
• RFX-B is a MHC class II transcription factor that is defective in BLS.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
