• Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.
• Mammalian sodium-dicarboxylate cotransporters transport succinate and other Krebs cycle intermediates.
• They fall into 2 categories based on their substrate affinity: low affinity and high affinity.
• Both the low- and high-affinity transporters play an important role in the handling of citrate by the kidneys.
• SLC13A3 represents the high-affinity form.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 2.5ug/mlImmunohistochemistry: 4-8ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
