• The p21 protein inhibits the activity of each member of the cyclin/CDK family.
• Furthermore, overexpression of p21 inhibits the proliferation of mammalian cells, which indicates that p21 is an inhibitor of cyclin kinases.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
