84-3710-07 RPL32 (60S Ribosomal Protein L32, PP9932) (MaxLight 490) 100ul 138305-ML490
特徴
MaxLight™ 490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000.
RPL32 is a ribosomal protein that is a component of the 60S subunit.
RPL32 belongs to the L32E family of ribosomal proteins.
It is located in the cytoplasm.
Although some studies have mapped this gene to 3q13.3-q21, it is believed to map to 3p25-p24.
As is typical for genes encoding ribosomal proteins, there are multiple processed pseudogenes of this gene dispersed through the genome.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
