84-3705-08 [取扱停止]Adeno Associated Virus 4 (AAV4, AAV 4, AAV-4) (MaxLight 405) 100ul 301303-ML405
特徴
MaxLight™ 405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.
Adeno-associated virus (AAV) is a small virus which infects humans and some other primate species.
AAV is not currently known to cause disease and consequently the virus causes a very mild immune response.
AAV belongs to the genus Dependovirus, which in turn belongs to the family Parvoviridae.
The virus is a small (20nm) replication-defective, nonenveloped virus.
AAV4 is one of 11 known AAV serotypes identified to date.
