• PEX3 is involved in peroxisome biosynthesis and integrity.
• It assembles membrane vesicles before the matrix proteins are translocated.
• As a docking factor for PEX19, it is necessary for the import of peroxisomal membrane proteins in the peroxisomes.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 5ug/mlImmunohistochemistry: 4-8ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
