84-3702-67 [取扱停止]HBZ (HBZ2, Hemoglobin Subunit zeta, HBAZ, Hemoglobin zeta Chain, Zeta-globin) (MaxLight 405) 100ul 138010-ML405
特徴
MaxLight™ 405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.
Zeta-globin is an alpha-like hemoglobin.
The zeta-globin polypeptide is synthesized in the yolk sac of the early embryo, while alpha-globin is produced throughout fetal and adult like.
The zeta-globin gene is a member of the human alpha-globin gene cluster that includes five functional genes and two pseudogenes.
