• MaxLight™ 405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.
• Calcium ions play a primary role in the regulation of sperm motility.
• Anti-CATSPER2 belongs to a family of putative cation channels that are specific to spermatozoa and localize to the flagellum.
• The protein family features a single repeat with six membrane-spanning segments and a predicted calcium-selective pore region.
• A second, closely linked copy of this gene has been identified.
• Although multiple transcript variants encoding protein isoforms have been characterized, they seem to be only transcribed from this gene.
• Additional splice variants have been described but their full-length nature has not been determined.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1.25ug/mlImmunohistochemistry: 4-8ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.

• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
