特徴

• MaxLight™ 405 is a new Violet photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor® 405, PacificBlue™, Brilliant™ Violet 421 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (400nm); Emission (423nm); Extinction Coefficient 32,000.
• Influenza virus is a single-stranded RNA virus, segmented, 70nm diameter and enveloped.
• Strains are described by geographic origin, strain number, year of isolation and hemagglutination (H) and neuraminidase (N) antigens.
• It is an acute viral disease of the uper respiratory tract characterized by fever, headache, chills, myalgia, weakness, runny nose and sore throat.
• Cough can be severe.
• Nausea and vomiting are uncommon.
• Fatality is generally low, except for those with chronic lung or heart conditions.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Western Blot.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded tissuesOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™405 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
