特徴

• The alpha-2-adrenergic receptor is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily.
• There are 3 highly homologous subtypes: alpha2A, alpha2B, and alpha2C.
• Alpha2C is required for normal presynaptic control of transmitter release from sympathetic nerves in the heart and from central noradrenergic neurons.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:300Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
