• NR0B1 is a protein that contains a DNA-binding domain.
• The protein acts as a dominant-negative regulator of transcription which is mediated by the retinoic acid receptor.
• This protein also functions as an anti-testis gene by acting antagonistically to Sry.
• Mutations in its gene result in both X-linked congenital adrenal hypoplasia and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 2.5ug/mlImmunohistochemistry: 4-8ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
