特徴

• Annexin A4 (ANXA4) belongs to the annexin family of calcium-dependent phospholipid binding proteins.
• Although their functions are still not clearly defined, several members of the annexin family have been implicated in membrane-related events along exocytotic and endocytotic pathways.
• ANXA4 has 45 to 59% identity with other members of its family and shares a similar size and exon-intron organization.
• Isolated from human placenta, ANXA4 encodes a protein that has possible interactions with ATP, and has in vitro anticoagulant activity and also inhibits phospholipase A2 activity.
• ANXA4 is almost exclusively expressed in epithelial cells.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1.25ug/mlImmunohistochemistry: 4-8ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
