Synaptobrevins/VAMPs, syntaxins, and the 25kD synaptosomal-associated protein are the main components of a protein complex involved in the docking and/or fusion of vesicles and cell membranes.
VAMP5 is a member of the vesicle-associated membrane protein (VAMP)/synaptobrevin family and the SNARE superfamily.
This VAMP family member may participate in vesicle trafficking events that are associated with myogenesis.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
