Connexins are homologous four-transmembrane-domain proteins and major components of gap junctions.
The GJB4 gene encodes connexin 30.3 (Cx30.3) A mutation in connexin 30.3 is causally involved in erythrokeratodermia variabilis (EKV), a mostly autosomal dominant disorder of keratinization.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1.25ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
