MaxLight™ 750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
PKCs are products of multiple genes and alternative splicing that can be subdivided into several major classes, including conventional (c) PKC isoforms (alpha, beta I, beta II and gamma) and novel (n) PKC isoforms (delta, epsilon, eta and theta) and the atypical PKC (aPKC) subfamily members (sigma, iota and lambda).
Vertebrates express two atypical PKCs, sigma and lambda.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1-3ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher
Positive Controls:Mouse spinal cord, adult and fetal mouse brain, and rat spinal cord homogenates.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
