MaxLight™ 750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Connexin 30.3 (Cx30.3) is expressed in the rat kidney, the theca interna and the granulose cell compartment of the porcine ovarian follicle.
Mutation of the gene for Cx30.
has been tied to Erythrokeratodermia Variabilis (EKV), an autosomal dominant keratinization disorder characterized by migratory erythematous lesions and fixed keratotic plaques.
Mutations in Cx30.3 are also involved in hearing impairment.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence.
