MaxLight™ 750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
May act as a physical homophilic interaction molecule between intestinal epithelial cells (IECs) and intraepithelial lymphocytes (IELs) at the mucosal epithelium for providing immunological barrier as a first line of defense against mucosal infection.
Plays a role in embryonic stem cells proliferation and differentiation.
Up-regulates the expression of FABP5, MYC and cyclins A and E (By similarity).
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry (Not Tested): 1:25Western Blot: 1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
