MaxLight™ 750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
PARP3, poly(ADP-ribosyl)transferase 3, belongs to the PARP family.
These enzymes modify nuclear proteins by poly-ADP-ribosylation, which is required for DNA repair, regulation of apoptosis, and maintenance of genomic stability.
This protein is preferentially localized to the daughter centriole throughout the cell cycle.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
