• Involved in the targeting and/or fusion of transport vesicles to their target membrane.
• Involved for dense-granule secretion in platelets.
• Plays a role in regulated enzyme secretion in pancreatic acinar cells.
• Involved in the abscission of the midbody during cell division, which leads to completely separate daughter cells.
• Involved in the homotypic fusion of early and late endosomes (By similarity).
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry(Paraffin): 1:25Western Blot: 1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
