• MaxLight™ 550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.
• C1QA is a major constituent of the human complement subcomponent C1q.
• C1q associates with C1r and C1s in order to yield the first component of the serum complement system.
• Deficiency of C1q has been associated with lupus erythematosus and glomerulonephritis.
• C1q is composed of 18 polypeptide chains: six A-chains, six B-chains, and six C-chains.
• Each chain contains a collagen-like region located near the N terminus and a C-terminal globular region.
• The A-, B-, and C-chains are arranged in the order A-C-B on hromosome 1.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
