• Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.
• ARPC3 is one of seven subunits of the human Arp2/3 protein complex.
• The Arp2/3 protein complex has been implicated in the control of actin polymerization in cells and has been conserved through evolution.
• The exact role of the protein, the p21 subunit, has yet to be determined.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
