MaxLight™ 550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
KRT18 is the type I intermediate filament chain keratin 18.
Keratin 18, together with its filament partner keratin 8, are perhaps the most commonly found members of the intermediate filament family.
They are expressed in single layer epithelial tissues of the body.
Mutations in its gene have been linked to cryptogenic cirrhosis.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:50-1:100FLISA: 1:1,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Flow Cytometry (Not Tested): 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
