• Kallikreins are a subgroup of serine proteases having diverse physiological functions.
• Growing evidence suggests that many kallikreins are implicated in carcinogenesis and some have potential as novel cancer and other disease biomarkers.
• KLK5 expression is up-regulated by estrogens and progestins.
• The protein is secreted and may be involved in desquamation in the epidermis.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
