• Kallikreins are a subgroup of serine proteases having diverse physiological functions.
• Growing evidence suggests that many kallikreins are implicated in carcinogenesis and some have potential as novel cancer and other disease biomarkers.
• In some tissues KLK4 expression is hormonally regulated.
• The expression pattern of a similar mouse protein in murine developing teeth supports a role for the protein in the degradation of enamel proteins.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.

• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.

• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
